faster than 20 kn. must be skippered by the holder of a
Skipper's certificate.

Bordercontrols: Anyone on board of a boat, sailing

Wadden Sea, or the Westerschelde, can be asked by the dutch
customs for their identification such as a valid
passport or official identity card . A driving license is
not valid since it is not a proof of nationality.
Map scales? The bigger the scale, the smaller
the surface of the area.
1:1.000.000 is a small scale. 1:7.500 is a large scale. At a
scale of 1:50,000, 1 cm on the chart is 50.000 cm = 500
meters in reality.
